In the center of the envelope, on the side without the flap, write a line containing his name, and then on a line below that, write his street address. On a line below that, write the city.
List your street address on the first line of your address. To conserve space on your business card, include the suite number in this line as well, placing it after a comma that separates it from the street address.

Why do you want to write the address on one line? I can't think of any style which calls for this. Are you writing on a ribbon? Or on a narrow strip of paper? I don't think any style uses a full stop. Traditional style would use a comma after 8. Modern style uses no commas anywhere. The letters in a postcode are always UPPER CASE.
Postal addresses rarely change, with only one localised change in postal addressing in Ireland in the last thirty years that affected the Post Town of the address. The general rules for addressing an envelope for European or other overseas destinations are similar.
